Terms & Conditions

1. About Us

We act as an independent provider of premium event tickets and corporate hospitality packages for football, music, tennis, and live entertainment events. We are not the event organiser, venue owner, or primary ticket issuer. All tickets and hospitality packages are sourced through trusted third-party suppliers.

2. Third-Party Suppliers

We resell tickets and hospitality packages supplied by established authorised partners, including (but not limited to) Travel Connection Leisure, Champions Travel, and P1 Travel (together referred to as “Suppliers”). Your booking is subject to both these Terms & Conditions and the applicable terms and conditions of the relevant Supplier and event organiser.

In the event of any conflict between our terms and those of a Supplier or event organiser, the Supplier’s or organiser’s terms shall prevail.

3. Contract Formation

A binding contract is formed once full payment has been received and your booking has been confirmed in writing. All bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation by the Supplier.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to confirmation. Prices may include service fees, supplier margins, and administrative costs. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Ticket Delivery

Ticket delivery methods (e-ticket, mobile ticket, or physical ticket) are determined by the Supplier and/or event organiser. Delivery timelines may vary and are often close to the event date. Failure to receive tickets due to incorrect contact details provided by the customer is not our responsibility.

6. Event Changes, Cancellations & Force Majeure

Event dates, times, venues, seating areas, and hospitality details may change at the discretion of the event organiser. We are not responsible for changes beyond our control.

If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, refunds (if applicable) will be issued in accordance with the Supplier’s terms. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will normally remain valid for the new date and refunds may not be available.

We are not liable for cancellations, disruptions, or losses caused by force majeure events ,including, but not limited to, acts of God, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or adverse weather conditions.

7. Refunds & Cancellations by the Customer

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not guaranteed and are subject entirely to the terms of the Supplier and event organiser.

Corporate hospitality packages and premium tickets are typically non-refundable.

8. Seating & Hospitality

Seating locations, views, and hospitality inclusions are subject to the official allocation of the event organiser and Supplier. Images and descriptions on our website are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the final experience.

9. Resale & Use Restrictions

Tickets and hospitality packages may be subject to restrictions imposed by the event organiser, including limitations on resale, transfer, dress codes, or conduct. Customers agree to comply with all such restrictions. Breach of these rules may result in denied entry without refund.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the relevant booking. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of enjoyment, travel costs, accommodation, or business losses.

11. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Certain customer details may be shared with Suppliers or event organisers where necessary to fulfil the booking.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

13. Acceptance

By placing a booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, as well as the applicable terms of the relevant Supplier and event organiser.
